تأسيسها من قبل الماسون.. حتى ان جميع  منشوراتها تضع علامة (لوجو) لوسيفر ترست او "الثقة في لوسيفر" وهو مسمى  الشيطان او (اله النور) الملاك الساقط من السماء في معتقدهم الضال...ولكن  مالا يعلمه الغالبية عما يسمى الاجندة 21 التي دعيت بمخطط القرن، وهي الخطة  الشاملة للتنمية المستدامة التي اعتُمِدت في قمة الأرض سنة 1992 في ريو دو  جانيرو...وقدمت مفصلة في اربعين فصل لادعاء تنمية العالم خلال القرن  الحالي..ولكن الحقيقة باختصار انها اجندة النظام العالمي الجديد للسيطرة  الكامله على الشعوب ومقدراتها وحكوماتها ومواردها...وبتدخل توصيات لجنة  الخطر الداهم التي شرحناها مسبقا..تم تقرير انه قد وصل تعداد سكان العالم  إلى 6 مليارات نسمة فى عام 2000 ، وهى زيادة ملحوظة منذ عام 1950 كان حينئذ  تعداد السكان 2،5 مليار نسمة، ومن المتوقع أن يصل تعداد السكان إلى حوالى 8  مليارات نسمة بحلول عام 2025 ، و أن يرتفع هذا الرقم إلى 9،3 مليار نسمة  بحلول عام 2050 و أن يستقر تعداد السكان ليصل ما بين 10،5 و 11 مليار  نسمة...وعليه فلن تكفي الموارد الطبيعية والغذائية لهذا العدد...بينما نعلم  تماما ما هو الهدف من هذه الاجندة والذي رسخ له من يقف وراء حكومات العالم  في مخطط ابادة معظم الشعوب والبقاء على ما سمي بالمليار الذهبي الذي سيكون  النخبة منه نسبة قليلة اما البقية فستكون من المستعبدين الذين يعملون على  بقائهم...اما عن كيفية عمل الامم المتحدة ..والتي ذكرنا بالتفصيل حقيقة  منشأها من رحم الماسونية وقادتها من الماسونيين...فعلينا ان نفهم علميا كيف  تمهد ميدانيا لهذا النظام العالمي ومتطلبات دولة المسيخ الدجال...<br /> <br /> الاتفاقات الدولية وأثرها على المجتمعات<br /> <br /> يتم التصديق في كل عام على عدد من الاتفاقات الدولية، الأمر الذي يعطي  المنظمات الدولية وعلى رأسها الأمم المتحدة سيطرة مباشرة على الأنظمة  القطرية والإقليمية بل حتى على مستوى الأفراد؛ ولا شك أن تنامي قوة  المنظمات الدولية سيؤثر تأثيرا بليغا على المجتمعات، بل وعلى كل فرد في  المعمورة، الأمر الذي يستوجب أن نتساءل ماهو أثر هذه الاتفاقات الدولية على  المجتمعات وخاصة الإسلامي منها؟ <br /> <br /> أولاً : تعريف الاتفاقات الدولية: التعريف والأنواع <br /> (أ‌) تعريف الاتفاقات الدولية: الاتفاقات الدولية هي كل اتفاق استراتيجي  سياسي أو عسكري أو اجتماعي أو ثقافي يعقد بالتراضي بين عدد من دول العالم. <br /> <br /> (ب‌) أنواع الاتفاقات الدولية: يشكل مصطلح الاتفاقات الدولية عدة مصطلحات قانونية منها : <br /> (1) المعاهدة : Treaty <br /> وعادة تطلق على الاتفاقات ذات الأهمية السياسية ، كمعاهدات الصلح ومعاهدات  التحالف مثل معاهدة الدفاع العربي المشترك ومعاهدة حلف " الناتو" الحلف  الأطلسي. <br /> (2) إتفاقية : Convention <br /> وعادة تطلق على الاتفاقات  التي تتناول نواحي فنية تنتج عن مؤثر فني مهني وهو عرف وتقليد دولي، وهي  أقل أهمية من المعاهدة، على الرغم من أن بعض الوثائق الدولية لم تميز  بينهما، ومثالها اتفاقيات : سيداو، وجنيف ولاهاي وغيرها. <br /> (3) الاتفاق Agreement <br /> وهو تفاهم أو تعاقد دولي لتنظيم العلاقات بين الأطراف المعنية في مسألة ما  أو مسائل محددة يرتب على تلك الأطراف التزامات وحقوقا في ميادين السياسة  والاقتصاد والثقافة والشئوون الفكرية. وقد يتخذ الاتفاق طابعا سريا أو  شفهيا أو صفة عابرة فيكون اتفاقا مؤقتا أو طويل الأجل أو ثنائيا أو متعددا  أو يكون محددا كأن يكون اتفاقا تجاريا أو بحريا أو ثقافيا..الخ والاتفاق  أقل شانا من المعاهدة والاتفاقية. <br /> (4) البروتوكول Protocol <br /> وهو  مجموعة من القرارات والوسائل والمذكرات الحكومية صادرة عن مؤتمر أو جمعية  ما. كما يستعمل أيضاً للدلالة على مجموع الإجراءات والاستعدادات المتخذة  على أثر التوقيع على معاهدة ما تمهيدا للتصديق عليها دون استبعاد بعض  التعديلات المتعلقة عادة بالخطوات الإجرائية. وقد يتم البروتوكول بمعنى  تعديل لاتفاقية قائمة ومعقودة بين دولتين أو أكثر وتأتي في الدرجة الرابعة  بعد المعاهدة والاتفاقية والاتفاق. <br /> (5) الميثاق: Charter <br /> اتفاق دولي لإنشاء منظمة دولية مثل ميثاق الأمم المتحدة وميثاق منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي. <br /> <br /> (ج) مراحل عقد المعاهدة أو الاتفاقية : يمر عقد المعاهدة أو الاتفاقية بعدة مراحل هي: <br /> 1- مرحلة المفاوضات ويشترك فيها ممثلون عن الدول المتعاقدة مفوضون بذلك من جميع التخصصات ومن جميع الجهات المعنية . <br /> 2- مرحلة التوقيع على المعاهدة أو الاتفاقية بالنيابة عن الحكومات. <br /> 3- مرحلة التصديق على المعاهدة الاتفاقية المفعول، رؤساء الدول بعد أخذ  موافقة السلطة التشريعية أو (السلطة التنفيذية) بحسب أحكام الدساتير  والأنظمة الوطنية المختلفة. وعندما يتم التصديق تصبح المعاهدة نافذة  المفعول، غير أن ضروريات العلاقات الدولية قد تقتضي أحيانا تنشيط إجراءات  عقد المعاهدات أو الاستغناء عن شروط التصديق. <br /> <br /> ثانياً: الاتفاقات الدولية والسيطرة على العالم <br /> إن نظرة سريعة لكثير من الاتفاقات الدولية تكشف بوضوح أن هناك سعياً  حثيثاً لإنشاء نظام فكري عقدي عالمي جديد، وقد تجاوزهذا النظام طور العمل  في الخفاء وبلغ طور العمل المعلن وتعددت تصريحات بعض مسئولي الأمم المتحدة  بشأنه، يقول روبرت مولر (Robert Muller) الذي عمل في الأمم المتحدة لمدة 38  عاماً، تدرج خلالها في مناصب عديدة، وكان مساعداً للأمين العام للأمم  المتحدة وعاصر ثلاثة من أهم أمناء الأمم المتحدة هم: يوثانت ، كورت  فالدهايم، جافير بريز ديكويلار، ولُقِّب " بالفيلسوف" و"رسول الأمل" يقول :  ( لقد أعتقدت جازماً أن مستقبل سلامنا وعدالتنا وتجانسنا في هذا الكوكب لن  يكون رهناً بحكومة عالمية بل بوحي كوني وحكومة كونية بمعنى أننا نحتاج إلى  تطبيق قوانين طبيعية تطورية استلهامية كونية، إن معظم هذه القوانين موجودة  في الديانات الكبيرة والنبؤات العظيمة وسيعاد اكتشافها رويداً رويداً عبر  المنظمات العالمية) ، وفي برلمان الأديان العالمية الذي عقد في مدينة  شيكاغو الأمريكية في الفترة من 28/8 ألى 5/9/1993م ، قدم هانز كنج Hans  Kung ورقة بعنوان ( نحو عقيدة عالمية: إعلان مبدئي) ، استخلصت هذه الورقة  من كتاب صدر عام 1991م بعنوان (المسؤوليات الكونية: البحث عن عقيدة  عالمية)، ذكر فيه هانز أن التحول نحو هذه العقيدة لن يكون اختيارياً، قال:  (دعونا نقولها بصراحة: لابقاء لأي عقيدة رجعية كبتية- سواء كانت المسيحية  أو الإسلام أو اليهودية أو نحوها- في المستقبل، إذا كان المقصود من العقائد  هو ازدهار الجميع فيجب أن لا تُقسَّم ، إن رجل مابعد الحداثة وامرأة مابعد  الحداثة يحتاجان إلى قيم وأهداف وقدوات وتصورات مشتركة والسؤال مثار  الخلاف هو ألا تفرض هذه الأشياء عقيدة جديدة، إن ما نحتاجه نحن هو نظام  عقدي عالمي) . <br /> إن الأمم المتحدة تسعى جاهدة لإقرار هذا النظام العقدي  الجديد، الذي ترى أنه ضرورة حتمية إكمال مسيرة التطور البشري ، ورسالة  سيباركها الأنبياء لو عادوا للحياة، يقول روبرت مولر: (إذا عاد المسيح مرة  أخرى إلى الأرض، ستكون زيارته الأولى للأمم المتحدة، ليرى أن حلمه بوحدة  الإنسانية وأخوتها قد تحقق، سيكون سعيداً بمشاهدة ممثلين لكل الأمم: الشمال  والجنوب، الشرق والغرب، الغني والفقير، المؤمن والكافر، الصغير والكبير ،  المحتاج و المسعِف ، جميعهم يحاولون أن يجدوا أجوبة على الأسئلة المستديمة  عن وجهة الإنسانية واحتياجاتها ) . ويقول: ( هناك رسم مشهور يبين المسيح  يقرع باب مبنى الأمم المتحدة الضخم العالي يريد أن يدخله، كثيراً ما أتصور  في ذهني رسماً أخر ، رسماً أدق وهو أن مبنى الأمم المتحدة هو جسم المسيح  نفسه) ، ويقول: ( إن الأمر الذي لا مناص منه أن الأمم المتحدة عاجلاً أم  آجلاً ستأخذ بعداً روحياً) . <br /> <br /> في سبيل إقامة النظام العقدي الجديد  قامت مؤسسات عديدة لتهيئة الشعوب لهذا التحول؛ من هذه المؤسسات: برلمان  الأديان العالمي الذي يضم ممثلين للديانات العالمية المختلفة ، من المؤمنين  بفكرة أن الأديان جميعها ليست إلا طرقامختلفة توصل إلى نهاية واحدة يسميها  المسلمون الله ، بينما يسميها المسيحيون الرب، ويسميها الهندوس كريشنا،  ويسميها دعاة النظام العقدي الجديد تفادياً للانحياز لدين بالقوة السامية  المطلقة. <br /> إن برلمان الأديان العالمي يجتمع سنوياً لأيام متصلة تبلغ  التسعة أو العشرة، ويقدم جائزة قيمتها 1,2 مليون دولار تعرف باسم جائزة  تمبلتون (Templeton Prize) للتطور في الديانات، وتمبلتون الذي سميت عليه  هذه الجائزة ولد في عام 1912 في مدينة تنيسي، تحصل على منحة روديس وتخرج من  أكسفورد، نجح في مجال الاستثمار حتى أصبح من المستثمرين العالمين  المعدودين ، في عام 1972 أنشأ جائزة تمبلتون للتقدم في مجال الأديان (  تعادل الآن 700000 جنية إسترليني ، ويتم تعديلها سنوياً بحيث تكون أعلى من  جائزة نوبل) وذكر سبب تأسيس هذه الجائزة فقال: ( الخطوة التالية في التقدم  الإنساني المقدس في مقياس التطور هي عبقرية الروح، التي تضىء الدرب للبقية  لتتبع، ولتشجيع التقدم في هذا الصدد أسسنا جائزة مؤسسة تمبلتون للتقدم في  العقيدة، نريد أبحاثاً جديدة تركز على تنمية الحقيقة الروحية التي يكتب لها  القبول في كل العالم بغض النظر عن الثقافة أو العقيدة الخاصة بأي منطقة  جغرافية أو عرقية، أنا أتمنى أن ننشىء جسماً معرفياً عن الرب، جسماً لا  يستند على الكتب السماوية القديمة، جسماً علميا، لا يختلف عليه بسبب اختلاف  الأديان أو الكنائس أو الكتب السماوية أو الطقوس الدينية، إن الغرض الرئيس  من قيام مؤسسة تمبلتون هو التشجيع المتحمس للإسراع في الاكتشافات العقدية  والتقدم في مجال العقيدة )، ويقول ( لا يمكن لأحد أن يزعم أن الرب يمكن  الوصول إليه بطريق واحدة ، إن هذه النظرة المحددة ينقصها التواضع، لأجل أن  يتمكن العقل البشري والخيال الذي وهبنا الرب إياه من المساعدة في بناء  مملكة السماء) ، وقال: ( إن المبادىء الأساسية لقيادة حياة متسامية يمكن أن  تستخرج من أي عقيدة تقليدية : اليهودية ، الإسلام ، الهندية، البوذية  وغيرها كما المسيحية أيضا) وقال: ( إن المعادلة العقدية في المسيحية تغيرت  وستواصل التغيير من عصر لعصر، المسيحيون يعتقدون أن الرب ظهر في عيسى  الناصري قبل ألفي عام لأجل خلاصنا وتعليمنا، لكننا يجب أن لا نأخذ أن معنى  ذلك أن تقدمنا سيتوقف، وأن عيسى هو نهاية التغيير، إن القول بأن الرب لا  يمكن أن يجلي نفسه مرة أخرى في صورة حاسمة (عبر مسيح آخر) يبدو انتهاكاً  للمقدسات) . أما عن الجنة والنار فيقول تمبلتون : ( لقد سافر رجال الفضاء  للفضاء الخارجي، ولم يحضروا معهم دليل على وجود الجنة، الحفارات اخترقت  الأرض ووجدت البترول وليس جهنم، التعريفات الوصفية عن ما بعد الحياة التي  تلقيناها ونحن أطفال تحتاج إلى مراجعة على ضوء الاكتشافات العلمية في العصر  الحديث، إننا عبر اختيارنا الشخصي ومواقفنا نخلق جنتنا ونارنا هنا في  الأرض) ، إن أمر خطورة هذه المؤسسة لا يتوقف على تمبلتون فحسب بل إن  الأشخاص الذين يقفون خلف هذا المشروع ويختارون من يستحق هذه الجائزة كلهم  من شاكلته، يناصرون العقيدة العالمية الموحدة، وقد نالها في عام 1988م أحد  المنتسبين للإسلام واسمه إنعام الله خان الذي يشغل منصب الأمين العام  لمؤتمر المسلم العالمي المعاصر، ونائب رئيس اتحاد الدساتير والبرلمانات  العالمي. إن مؤسسة برلمان الأديان العالمي ترعى التقارب بين الأديان، ولها  الآن أكثر من 150 نشاطاً موزعاً بين تنفيذ مشروعات التقارب، وإعداد  دراساته، وتوزيع جوائز لأصحاب الأثر الكبير في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة. <br /> <br /> ثالثاً: أمثلة لأهم المنظمات الدولية والاتفاقيات التي صدرت عنها: <br /> (أ) أهم المنظمات الدولية: <br /> أ- لجنة مركز المرأة ، التابعة للأمم المتحدة. <br /> ب- صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان. <br /> ج- صندوق الأمم المتحدة الإنمائية للمرأة. <br /> د- برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائية. <br /> ه- المعهد الدولي للبحث والتدريب من أجل النهوض بالمرأة. <br /> و- جامعة الأمم المتحدة. <br /> ز- معهد الأمم المتحدة لبحوث التنمية الاجتماعية . <br /> ح- اللجنة الاقتصادية ل( أفريقيا- أوروبا- أمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر  الكاريبي) واللجان الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ل( آسيا والمحيط الهادي- غربي  آسيا) التابعة للأمم المتحدة. <br /> ي- منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة. <br /> ك- مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للتنمية والتجارة. <br /> ل- مركز الأمم المتحدة للمستوطنات البشرية( الموئل). <br /> م- مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين. <br /> ن- منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية. <br /> س- منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة (اليونسكو). <br /> ع-منظمة العمل الدولية. <br /> ف- منظمة الصحة العالمية. <br /> ث- البنك الدولي. <br /> ض- صندوق النقد الدولي. <br /> ظ-الصندوق الدولي للتنمية الزراعية. <br /> غ-المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية. <br /> ش- لجنة الصليب الأحمر الدولية. <br /> <br /> (ب) أمثلة لأهم الاتفاقات الدولية: <br /> دستور هيئة الأمم المتحدة 1945م. <br /> الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان 1948م <br /> ( اتفاقية المساواة في الأجور بين العمال و العاملات) اعتمدها المؤتمر العام لمنظمة العمل الدولية عام 1951م <br /> (الاتفاقية الخاصة بالحقوق السياسية للمرأة) أقرتها الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة 1952م. <br /> (اتفاقية القضاء على كافة أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، سيداو) أقرتها الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة 1979م. <br /> <br /> رابعاً: أثر الاتفاقيات الدولية على المجتمعات: <br /> إن النظام العقدي الجديد يمكن استجلاء جوانبه من خلال مطالعة التوصيات  الختامية لمؤتمرات الأمم المتحدة المختلفة، وأهم مرتكزاته تتمثل في: <br />  1/ وحدة الأديان: فعقيدة الأمم المتحدة تقرر أن الأديان ليست إلا طرقاً  مختلفة توصل إلى نهاية واحدة، لذلك لا فرق بين المسلم والمسيحي، أو المسلم  والهندوسي، كلهم يحكمهم قانون واحد هو الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان ،  الذي وردت فيه المواد التالية: <br /> المادة (2) : لكل إنسان حق التمتع  بكافة الحقوق والحريات الواردة في هذا الإعلان، دون تمييز، كالتمييز بسبب  العنصر أو اللون أو الجنس أو اللغة أو الدين أو الرأي السياسي أو أي رأي  آخر ، أو الأصل الوطني أو الإجتماعي أو الثروة أو الميلاد أو أي وضع آخر  دون أية تفرقة بين الرجال والنساء. <br /> المادة (16) 1 للرجل والمرأة متى  بلغا سن الزواج حق التزوج وتأسيس أسرة دون أي قيد بسبب الجنس أو الدين،  ولهما حقوق متساوية عند الزواج وأثناء قيامه وعند انحلاله. <br />  المادة(18): لكل شخص الحق في حرية التفكير والضمير والدين ، ويشمل هذا الحق  حرية تغيير ديانته أو عقيدته، وحرية الإعراب عنهما بالتعليم والممارسة  وإقامة الشعائر ومراعاتها سواء أكان ذلك سراً أم مع الجماعة. <br /> <br /> 2/ تمييع قضية الإيمان <br /> إن عقيدة وحدة الوجود واضحة في تصريحات عدد من مسئولي الأمم المتحدة خاصة  الذين لهم اهتمام بالبيئة، يقول تمبلتون متحدثاً عن مفهوم الرب عنده: (  الرب هو بلاين النجمات في الطريق اللبني، بل أكثر من ذلك، الزمن والفراغ  والطاقة كلهم جزء من الرب، الرب هو خمسة بلايين شخص في الأرض ، الرب هو  بلاين المخلوقات في هذا الكوكب، ملايين النجمات ، الرب هو الحقيقة الوحيدة،  لقد بدأ الرب يخلق كونه، وسمح لكل أبنائه بالمشاركة بطرق بسيطة لخلق  التطور، إن الرب منك، وأنت جزء صغير منه). <br /> في 1992م أقامت الأمم  المتحدة ما عرف بمنبر الأرض والذي كانت أجندته الروحية أوضح من قمة  ريوديجانيرو ، ذلك أن جلساته افتتحها الدلاي لاما: أكبر القادة الروحيين  البوذيين، وحتى يضمن نجاحه عُقدت صلوات لمدة ثلاثة أسابيع نفذها حراس  الحكمة وهي مجموعة من مستحضري الأرواح كانوا يتحلقون حول نار مقدسة ويقرعون  الطبل ويتأملون ويستحضرون الأرواح على مدار الساعة كذلك أسس الأمين العام  السابق للأمم المتحدة ذاق همرشولد، غرفة التأمل والاتصال الروحي بالأمم  المتحدة، وهي غرفة مبنية على شكل هرم مقطوع الرأس، في وسطها يوجد مذبح  قرابين altar مصنوع من قطعة ماغنتايت طبيعية ضخمة (لعلها أضخم قطعة ماغنتيت  أخرجتها المناجم عبر العصور) هذه الغرفة مناسبة جداً لأغراض الاتصال  الروحي لأن قطعة الماغنتايت تتصل من أسفلها بقاع الأرض نفسها مما يساعد  العباد على سهولة الاتصال الروحي والدخول في حالة التخاطب)، قال روبرت مولر  في كتابه New Genesis Shaping a Global Spirituality عن هذه الغرفة :(  عندنا غرفة التأمل و الاتصال الروحي بالأمم المتحدة التي يزورها مئات  الألوف من الزوار في السنة الواحدة) كذلك عينت الأمم المتحدة وثنياً هندياً  اسمه سري شينموي Sri Chinmoy يبلغ من العمر سبعين عاماً في وظيفة المستشار  الروحي الرسمي للأمم المتحدة ، وقد أقام خلال ال23 عاماً الماضية صلوات  وجلسات اتصال روحي منظمة في أيام الثلاثاء والجمعة من كل أسبوع لكل  الراغبين بمبنى الأمم المتحدة بنيويورك ، هذا الهندي يؤمن بتناسخ الأرواح  ويدعي أنه كان توماس جيفرسون في حياة سابقة، كما يزعم أنه واحد من قلة تعد  على أصابع اليد من المستضيئين في هذا الكوكب. لقد ذكر روبرت مولر عقيدته عن  الأرض من قبل لقد قال: (الهندوس يسمون الأرض براهما أو الإله، لقد أصابوا  في نظرتهم أنه لا فرق بين الأرض والمقدس ، هذه الحقيقة البسيطة تشرق في شمس  الإنسانية في بطء، ونحن ندخل عصرنا الكوني، نريد لكوكبنا ما أردناه دوماً  أن يكون كوكب الإله) <br /> <br /> 3/ الإباحية الجنسية: <br /> إن مؤتمرات الأمم  المتحدة استفاضت في طرق قضايا الحرية الجنسية وأسرفت في الدعوة إلى  الإباحية الجنسية، وتفننت في تسميتها بغير أسمها، فظهرت مصطلحات مثل :  الجندر، النتعايشين، حقوق المثليين، الثقافة الجنسية ، الصحة الإنجابية،  ونحو ذلك ومن المصطلحات التي تدعو بسفور إلى قبول الشذوذ الجنسي كممارسة  مشروعة، تدخل ضمن حقوق الإنسان ، وتُوفَّر لممارسيها العناية الطبية  والحماية القانونية، تقول الباحثة صباح عبده : ( أكدت- على لسان المفوضة  العامة للمرأة- السيدة "روبنسون" في كلمة لها أن الإعلان العالمي لحقوق  الإنسان لعام 1948م هو وثيقة حية وقد اكتشفت أن هذه الوثيقة- وهذه مفاجأة  المفاجآت – تضمنت في ثناياها حماية " حق التوجه الجنسي" أي الحياة المثلية.  وقد التقت هذه المفوضة ( ماري روبنسون رئيس جمهورية ايرلندا السابقة)  بالحلف الدولي للشواذ وتعهدت خلاله بإعطاء كل تأييدها ودعمها لجهود هذا  الحلف الذي يتمتع بالصفة الاستشارية لدى اللجنة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية في  الأمم المتحدة ويُعرف باسم (The Economic and Social council Ecosoc  Article 7 Paragraph H) وأعلنت ماري روبنسون عن عزمها تعيين مراقب خاص  لمتابعة المسائل المتعلقة بحقوق الشواذ ومنها حق الزواج من نفس الجنس،  ومكافحة القوانين المضادة للشذوذ الجنسي، وأكدت تصميمها على حث لجنة حقوق  الإنسان للإعلان عن أن كل تفرقة على أساس السلوك الجنسي هي غير قانونية)  ولم يقف الأمر عند هذا الحد بل في مؤتمر روما لإنشاء المحكمة الجنائية  الدولية ؛ والذي عقد في عام 1998 م ، حاول المؤتمرون إصدار توصيات مُلزمة  على المستوى الدولي بتجريم القوانين التي تعاقب على الشذوذ الجنسي فورد ما  معناه أن كل تفرقة أو عقاب على أساس " الجندر" تشكل جريمة ضد الإنسانية.  وقد عملت الأمم المتحدة عبر مؤتمراتها المتعاقبة في قضايا السكان والبيئة  ونحوه، وعبر اتفاقاتها الدولية كاتفاقية سيداو: القضاء على كافة أشكال  التمييز ضد المرأة، واتفاقية الطفل، ونحوها، دأبت على: <br /> • مطالبة  الحكومات بدعم وسائل منع الحمل للشباب والشابات من المراهقين دون تقيد  بشرعية العلاقة (الزواج) أو مخالفتها للفطرة (الشذوذ الجنسي) <br /> • مطالبة  الحكومات بإدخال الصحة اإنجابية في المقررات الدراسية وتدريسها في الفصول  اليومية لتكون المرجع الأساسي لدول العالم، ولعل القارئ لهذه الكلمات لا  يرى بأساً بإدخال الثقافة الجنسية ضمن المقررات الدراسية، لكنه إن علم أن  بعض ما يدرس في هذه الثقافة الجنسية في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية هو :(  المعاشرة بين الجنسين، العادة السرية، الإجهاض ، كيفية ممارسة الجنس دون  خطر الحمل، مساعدة المراهق على تحديد اتجاهه الجنسي (أي تحديد أي الجنسين  يفضل أن يعاشر) العادة السرية كوسيلة للإشباع الجنسي بعد البلوغ، العلاقات  الشاذة كبديل مُرضٍ للعلاقات العادية، أما من سن15-18 فيضاف لهم المواضيع  التالية: من حق النساء أن يقررن إجراء الإجهاض ، من حق الناس احترام تعاليم  دينهم وتقاليدهم، ولكن لا علاقة له بحقوق المرء الشخصية، عدم وجود دليل  على أن الصور الفاضحة تسبب أي إثارة جنسية ، خدمة التواصل مع الشريك الجنسي  بشأن الاحتياطيات اللازمة لكليهما ، تعليم المراهقين كيفية الحوار حول هذه  العلاقات والحدود التي يجب التوقف عندها) . <br /> • مطالبة الحكومات بنشر  مراكز المعلومات بين الشباب والشابات في المدارس والمجتمعات والقرى للنهوض  بعبء التوعية ببرامج منظمات الأمم المتحدة. <br /> • لقد نشطت الأمم المتحدة  في تفعيل آليات نشر العقيدة الجديدة التي تريد أن تجعل منها السند الروحي  للنظام العالمي الجديد، عبر المؤتمرات والاتفاقيات الدولية التي توقع عليها  دول عديدة اضطراراً ، غير أن هذا الاضطرار عبر المتابعة الدولية، والحملات  الإعلامية المصاحبة، والتهديد بالعقوبات الاقتصادية حال مخالفته؛ يضمن له  مرتعاً خصباً ينفذ من خلاله إلى أذهان الناشئة وقلوبهم. <br /> <br /> 4/ تقنين الكفر ونشره عبر السلم التعليم الجوهري العالمي <br /> لقد أنشأ د. روبرت موللر نظام التعليم المعروف باسم " السلم التعليمي  الجوهري العالمي" World Core Curriculum وعرف موللر عبر العالم باسم : أب  التعليم الكوني father of global education هذا السلم التعليمي يعد تجسيداً  للعقيدة الجديدة وترويجاً لفكر حركة الانموذج الجديد ، وحتى عام 1999م  كانت هناك 29 مدرسة في العالم تحمل اسم روبرت موللر، وتدرس منهجه ويزداد  عددها عاماً بعد عام، وقد أقرت منظمة اليونسيكو (أحد المنظمات التابعة  للأمم المتحدة) هذا المنهج وتعمل على نشره وتطبيقة، وقد منحت واضعه د.  روبرت موللر جائزة تعليم السلام عن العام 1989م. <br /> ويهتم هذا السلم التعليمي كثيراً بترسيخ المفاهيم التالية: <br /> أ‌- قضية الإيمان قضية نسبية الكل فيها مصيب مهما عبد. <br /> ب‌- تشجيع التعليم المختلط. <br /> ت‌- الدعوة إلى المساواة في منهج التعليم. <br /> ث‌- الدعوة إلى التثقيف والتربية الجنسية. <br /> <br /> الخلاصة..إن المنظمات الدولية عبر الاتفاقات العديدة التي تبرمها ترمي إلى  تعميم الفكر الثقافي والاخلاقي لحكومة العالم ومناصريهم على المجتمعات،  وذلك- كما قال قاري كاه في كتابه عقيدة العالم الجديد- لتهيئة المجتمعات  لقبول أعظم فتنة تمر بها البشرية... فتنة المسيح الدجال..ودولته الملقبة  بالنظام العالمي الجديد.</span></span></b></div>

<div dir="rtl" style="text-align: right;" trbidi="on"><br /><div style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><b><img alt="" class="news-section-img" height="328" id="article_img" src="http://images.alarabiya.net/a1/11/436x328_66384_268923.jpg" title="" width="436 " /> </b></div><br /><b> حذرت دراسة أمريكية حديثة من زيادة أعداد السيدات المصابات بسرطان الثدي في  سن صغيرة، تتراوح بين 25-39 سنة خلال الثلاثة عقود الماضية.</b><b><br />وقد وجدت الدراسة التي نشرت مؤخراً في جريدة الجمعية الطبية الأمريكية أن  حالات الإصابة بسرطان الثدي المتأخرة التي ينتشر فيها المرض لأعضاء أخرى  بالجسم قد زادت لتصل إلى 2.9 في كل 100.000 سيدة شابة عام 2009 بالمقارنة  بـ 1.5 في كل 100.000 سيدة عام 1976. </b><b><br />ويعبر الباحثون عن قلقهم إزاء هذه النتائج، خاصة أنها تتعلق بنوع من  السرطان الذي ينتشر إلى أعضاء أخرى مثل الكبد والرئتين عند تشخيصه، وهو  الأمر الذي يقتل الأمل في النجاة من المرض.</b> <b><br />وصرحت كاتبة الدراسة الدكتورة ربيكا جونسون من مستشفى سياتل للأطفال "حتى  الآن النصيحة الوحيدة التي يمكن أن يقدمها الباحثون للسيدات الشابات هو  المسارعة في مقابلة الطبيب بمجرد ملاحظة كتل أو آلام أو أي تغيرات أخرى في  شكل الثدي ولا تفترض أن سرطان الثدي لا يصيب الشابة التي لا تتمتع بصحة  جيدة وليس لديها تاريخ أسري مع المرض".</b><b><br />وأضافت جونسون "السرطان قد يصيب السيدات في سن الشباب", وأكدت عدم ضرورة إخضاع السيدات الشابات لأشعة فحص الثدي mammography. </b><b><br />ويختلف الباحثون حول السن المثالية لبدء عمل فحص بالأشعة على الثدي هل هو في الأربعين أم الخمسين.</b><b><br />ومرض سرطان الثدي ليس شائعاً بين السيدات الشابات فقط 1.8% من كل الحالات  التي يتم تشخيصها تكون لسيدات شابات ممن تتراوح أعمارهن بين 20 - 34 عاما,  و10% ممن تتراوح أعمارهن بين 35-44 عاما. ولكن عندما يحدث ذلك يكون المرض  أكثر خطورة عند إصابته سيدة شابة. ولا يعلم الباحثون سببا لذلك.</b><b><br />وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة الإحصائية على فحص معلومات عن 936497 سيدة ممن أصبن  بسرطان الثدي بين عامي 1976-2009. وكان 53502 منهن في أعمار تتراوح بين 25  إلى 39 عند تشخيص المرض. وقد تبين أن 3438 من هذه الحالات تم تشخيصها في  مراحل متقدمة من المرض وهي مرحلة انتشاره لأعضاء أخرى بالجسم.</b><b><br />وتقول د.جونسون إن خبرتها الحياتية هي التي جعلتها تعمل على هذه الدراسة  وتفحص بيانات السيدات اللاتي أصبن بالمرض على مدار الثلاثة عقود الماضية.  فقد أصيبت الباحثة نفسها بالمرض عندما كانت في سن 27 عاما وهي الآن قد بلغت  الـ 44 عاما. خلال تلك السنوات كثيراً ما أرسل لها الأصدقاء والزملاء  حالات مماثلة مصابة بسرطان الثدي من الشابات لتقديم النصيحة لهن للعلاج من  المرض.</b></div>

Judge Koh has ordered a  reevaluation of $450.5 million of the damages in a second trial, arguing  that the jury set one damage figure per product where there were six  infringement claims that had to be taken into account for each device.  She also believes that Apple may be entitled to damages for sales not  included in the original case. There's a chance Samsung can lower the  amount it ultimately has to pay, but the extra factors and devices could  easily worsen its situation. Koh hasn't set a trial date, either, but  we'd like it to come soon: Apple versus Samsung is quickly becoming the  battle that never ends.</div></div>

The ever-expanding smartphone screen: how supersized became everyday

Flash-forward several years, however, and we're  to the point where many won't even consider less than a 4-inch screen,  and the once-unfathomable 5-inch display is quickly becoming the de  facto standard for high-end models. It's clear that many of us like our  phones supersized, Zack Morris style. But when the 6.1-inch Ascend Mate is a reality, and Mobile World Congress<span> or future events may push the boundaries even further, there's still a  worry that the focus on successively bigger displays might have gone too  far. Have we pushed too hard for more glass? Or are we witnessing a  wholesale shift away from the smartphone as we once knew it? There's  truth to both sides. Follow along as we look at how smartphones have  swelled over time, and how we're learning to love (or cope with) their  dimensions.</span></div><h3 dir="ltr" id="title0" style="text-align: left;"> Before 2007: Small is a virtue</h3><div class="image-container" dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;"> <img alt="The evergrowing smartphone screen how big is too big" data-src-height="450" data-src-width="620" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.engadget.com/media/2013/02/blackberry-6210.jpg" /></div><div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"> <a href="http://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=7080182682816192337">We  almost need a reminder that much of the smartphone's development before  2007 reflected a drive to shrink the phone, not make it bigger. A  desire to slim down the body sometimes took the screen along for the  ride, with relatively few objections from buyers who were often just  happy to have a smartphone in the first place. The BlackBerry's display  shrank from a 3-inch screen on the 5810 to 2.6 inches on the 6200 series, but sales didn't exactly slow down. There were exceptions like the 3.7-inch HTC Universal, too. When even the (now ironically named) TyTN had a 2.8-inch display, however, it's safe to say screen size didn't play nearly as much of a role as it does now.</a> <br /> To some extent, this was dictated by the technology. Bigger displays  were more expensive to make than they are today, and they demanded  battery power that phones couldn't always supply. Moreover, the  resistive touchscreens of the day weren't making a convincing case for  touch input as a whole -- anyone who's had to stab multiple times at an  unresponsive panel will know why. Combine that with interfaces that  often weren't optimized for finger touch, and it's not surprising that  phone makers sometimes decided it was easier to combine a smaller screen  with a directional pad, a keyboard or both. This was the heyday of the  BlackBerry, Nokia's N series and the Palm Treo, when many of us were just getting used to email on our phones.</div><h3 dir="ltr" id="title1" style="text-align: left;"> 2007-2009: The iPhone and early Android</h3><div class="image-container" dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;"> <img alt="The evergrowing smartphone screen how big is too big" data-src-height="412" data-src-width="620" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.engadget.com/media/2013/02/droid-and-iphone.jpg" /></div><div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"> Whatever your platform allegiances, it's hard to dispute the significance of the iPhone's  January 2007 announcement in changing our expectations for smartphone  screens. Never mind that Steve Jobs describing the device's 3.5-inch LCD  as "giant" seems quaint several years later -- the iPhone's support for  capacitive multi-touch, and the more intuitive interface that came with  it, helped justify replacing hardware buttons with a larger display.  Apple also highlighted full web browsing and advanced media playback,  both tasks that benefited from a larger screen.<br /> <br /> There weren't any immediate responses in 2007, if only because most competitors already had products in mid-development. The HTC Touch was locked in at 2.8 inches, and Palm was going even smaller with the Centro's  2.2-inch screen. In 2008 and 2009, however, the battle of bigger  displays was starting in earnest as companies raced to introduce modern  touchscreen phones of their own. Both the BlackBerry Storm and T-Mobile G1 carried 3.2-inch screens. Nokia followed the conventional, 2.8-inch N96 with the touch-focused, 3.5-inch N97.  Others even staked the survival of their brands on bigger displays, as  complete overhauls of their OS platforms revolved around truly  touch-native interfaces. Motorola dropped its BlackBerry-like, Windows  Mobile-based Q9 series for the 3.7-inch Droid and the Palm Pre jumped to 3.1 inches after years of 2.5-inch Treos. HTC pushed the limits toward the end of this period with the 4.3-inch HD2  -- a device that seemed like an oversized outlier in late 2009, but it  would set the tone for 2010. It was safe to say that any major  smartphone builder worth its salt had at least a 3-inch model going into  the new decade.</div><h3 dir="ltr" id="title2" style="text-align: left;"> 2010: The Android screen size explosion</h3><div class="image-container" dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;"> <img alt="The evergrowing smartphone screen how big is too big" data-src-height="412" data-src-width="620" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.engadget.com/media/2013/02/dell-streak-review-620.jpg" /></div><div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"> Android was taking off in the wake of the Motorola Droid, and the  software's support for both finger touch and multiple resolutions  effectively opened the floodgates for companies wanting to one-up each  other with bigger screens across more of their lineups. HTC matched  Motorola with the 3.7-inch Desire, Nexus One and Droid Incredible earlier in 2010, and expanded its 4.3-inch line to include the Desire HD in October. Motorola continued a hit streak with the 4.3-inch Droid X. Samsung wasn't quite as aggressive as its peers, but there's no denying that the 4-inch Galaxy S  served as a benchmark for the entire industry, if just through sheer  ubiquity. When it was available on seemingly every carrier and  well-regarded for both its vibrant display and its high performance,  there was a good chance that many smartphone buyers at least considered a  Galaxy S if they weren't dead-set on another device. LG's 4.8-inch,  Intel-packing GW990  prototype was labeled as a Mobile Internet Device because it was so  much larger than its contemporaries; we had a hard time even believing  that it could be a smartphone, even though the necessary cellular  ingredients were in place. Nevertheless, the quickly scuttled  design served as an unofficial template for future phones by showing  how the web and video could benefit from a large canvas. And who can  forget the 5-inch Dell Streak?  While a chunky frame, cellular data in only some models and a misplaced  emphasis on tablet-like software kept the Streak from setting the world  on fire, it would prove to be prophetic. It suggested that phones would  eventually turn into big-screened data devices that just happened to  take phone calls. As often as we teased those who insisted Dell's crossover was pocketable, they had foresight that would have been immensely valuable to phone makers.<br /> <br /> Not every designer hopped on the bandwagon. Apple, Nokia, Palm and RIM  mostly stayed the course on screen size in 2010. However, this  conservatism wasn't necessarily a setback at the time. Apple had no  trouble selling the iPhone 4  with an extra-sharp 3.5-inch display, and it was even defensive about  its choice: Jobs is well-known for insisting at the time that phones  needed to be usable with one hand,  and app compatibility was better served by maintaining the status quos  for resolution and size. Palm and other companies bleeding market share  had far more on their plates to worry about than mere phone dimensions,  even if short-lived devices like the Pre 3  signaled intentions to catch up. Nonetheless, developments during the  year would set the stage for the size debate ahead. Almost as soon as 2011 began, 4.3-inch  smartphones were in the pipeline from most major manufacturers,  including Samsung's platform-defining Galaxy S II. Only it didn't stop there: we saw Samsung's 4.5-inch Infuse 4G eclipsed by the 4.65-inch Galaxy Nexus, and HTC rolled out 4.7-inch phones like the Sensation XL and Titan.  The rush toward ever-larger phones was sometimes dictated as much by  the extreme battery demands of early LTE as it was corporate  one-upmanship -- just ask any long-suffering Thunderbolt owner -- but it ultimately led to a market where phones that seemed enormous a year earlier were suddenly modest.</div><blockquote class="quote left" dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"> The Galaxy Note's 5.3-inch screen and pen pushed it so far past  smartphone conventions that it popularized a new term -- like it or not,  the "phablet" badge gained wider acceptance.</blockquote><div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"> All this doesn't even include Samsung's original Galaxy Note. It was arguably too big to comfortably use one-handed,  like the Streak, but faster hardware, a better display and smartly  optimized software kept it from becoming a specialist device. The Note  would go on to become one of Samsung's best-selling smartphones during the period, and it would ultimately spawn a horde of me-too devices.<br /> <br /> That breakneck pace in screen growth made the exceptions (voluntary or  otherwise) all the more visible. While Apple had no shortage of  customers for the iPhone 4S,  the gap between the iPhone's 3.5-inch LCD and that of its rapidly  growing competition was becoming glaringly obvious to those who wanted  as much screen area as possible. The difference was even more apparent  in the BlackBerry line, where 3.2 inches was still the maximum.  Meanwhile, Nokia was mostly saved by its full-steam-ahead transition to  Windows Phone, where a brief regression from four inches in Symbian  phones to 3.7 inches in the Lumia 800  was accompanied by a more sophisticated platform that may well have  rescued the company. Whatever the arguments about the value of screen  size, the goalposts for common sizes were shifting.</div><h3 dir="ltr" id="title4" style="text-align: left;"> 2012: Huge is the new normal</h3><div class="image-container" dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;"> <img alt="HTC Droid DNA review" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.engadget.com/media/2012/11/dsc02849-1353052941.jpg" /></div><div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"> By 2012, even those who hadn't rushed to embrace larger displays had  them on deck. Nokia proved it could grow with the 4.3-inch Lumia 900 and, later, the 4.5-inch Lumia 920. Apple also answered a longstanding call for a bigger screen with the 4-inch iPhone 5  -- a comparatively modest leap, but an acknowledgment that the market  had changed since the iPhone first arrived. The conservative increase  was once again justified by Apple's view that a phone had to be usable  with one hand.</div><blockquote class="quote right" dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"> Companies using large  screens were increasingly self-conscious of the design limits. A big  screen had to work well, not just serve as a bragging right.</blockquote><div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"> Elsewhere, screen dimensions didn't grow up so much as grow out. Sizes  once thought extreme were now making their way into thoroughly ordinary  devices. Remember how the GW990's 4.8-inch screen seemed impossibly  large in 2010? By 2012, Samsung's Galaxy S III made that size commonplace. Many other predominantly Android-based phones, such as the HTC One X, LG Optimus G and Sony Xperia T,  often came close at 4.6 or 4.7 inches. The 4.3-inch displays we'd been  awed by in 2010 were more often reserved for mid-range handsets like the  One S and Motorola's Droid RAZR M.  Thankfully, many of the companies using large screens were increasingly  self-conscious of the design limits. A big screen had to work well, not  just serve as a bragging right. Motorola and Samsung respectively  introduced the Droid RAZR HD  and Galaxy S III by emphasizing how efficiently they used screen space,  occupying little, if any, more total area than their ancestors.<br /> <br /> The extra-large category saw a similar trend. LG only had limited  success in countering the Galaxy Note with the overly squat, 5-inch Optimus Vu, but Samsung's own 5.5-inch Galaxy Note II  was considerably smarter. While it was more expansive than its  ancestor, the Note II was easier to hold, better justified its pen and  included settings to make one-handed use feasible for some tasks.  Sometimes that improved ergonomic design was the very selling point, as  with Pantech's Vega R3 -- its one-handed grip was a relative novelty where such a notion was once a certainty.<br /> <br /> Toward the end of the year, we'd see a trend that would spill into 2013: the 5-inch, 1080p smartphone. HTC's Droid DNA  justified its larger size not through pens or other special tricks, but  through sheer resolution. It was hard to deny the at least superficial  appeal of a phone with as many pixels as the 55-inch TV in the den, even  if that device was scarcely smaller than the Galaxy Note from a year  earlier.</div><h3 dir="ltr" id="title5" style="text-align: left;"> 2013: Where do we go from here?</h3><div class="image-container" dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;"> <img alt="Huawei Ascend Mate" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.engadget.com/media/2013/01/huaweimate.jpg" /></div><div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"> While we're just weeks into 2013 as of this writing, a pattern is  quickly forming. The once-rare 5-inch smartphone is already abundant  with the presence of the Huawei Ascend D2, Sony Xperia Z / ZL and ZTE Grand S. LG's Optimus G Pro is coming in both 5-inch and Samsung-rivaling 5.5-inch flavors. And then there are the 5.7-inch ZTE Grand Memo and 6.1-inch Huawei Ascend Mate -- devices so expansive that they're scarcely an inch away from full-fledged tablets like the Nexus 7. If there's a point where manufacturers back off, we haven't yet reached it.<br /> <br /> As such, it's doubtful that we'll hear a different tune from many of  those who have yet to show key parts of their smartphone lineups this  year. Apple and BlackBerry are the two companies that haven't pushed  their phones to 4.3 inches or beyond, but they've purposefully drawn  lines in the sand that they won't cross, at least not in the near  future. They have the advantages of OS differences and brand cachet to  explain their more moderate screen sizes. Others won't necessarily have  that luxury if they're competing mostly on hardware features, however.  "Go big or go home" is more than just a truism in this field.</div><div class="image-container" dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;"> <img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.engadget.com/media/2012/12/samsung-ativ-s-review-9-1355871164.jpg" /></div><div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"> We wouldn't say the seeming arms race is a problem, however. Most of  the phones we've tried so far include design traits that offset their  massive surfaces, such as narrow edges and curved backs. We wouldn't  have believed that the Xperia ZL would be comfortable if you'd told us  the year before, for example. Samsung's software optimization for  single-hand use may be an admission that its hardware design is  stretching the limits of human hands, but it's also a way to get the  advantages of a big device without requiring both hands at all times.<br /> <br /> Moreover, the primary purposes of smartphones have clearly changed.  Early on, they were phones first, and data devices second. The various  advents of modern apps, browsing and media shifted the focus enough that  voice is almost incidental today. Our smartphones are now pocket  computers, and they're often our cameras and GPS units, too. Until and unless wearable computing  replaces the smartphone, a bigger screen helps us process the glut of  information we face in a day, and frequently provides a source of  entertainment when it's time to relax. There's undeniably a threshold at  which smartphone builders will have to relent: no one's about to stuff a  Galaxy Tab  into their pocket. Likewise, there's a good chance we'll still see  smaller devices for those who can't (or won't) switch to a phone that's  too big for their hands or pockets. Still, the past few years have  taught us not to make too many assumptions -- through technology and  shifting tastes, what's an extraordinary screen one year often becomes  run-of-the-mill fare the next.</div></div>

Of course, the trade off is  that it requires between two and three times as much CPU time to finish  shoving everything into a neat little package. Obviously this isn't an  ideal solution for on-the-fly compression. However, decompression speeds  are unchanged and don't require a special library to unpack. The most  obvious use of the technology will be in the mobile space where static  website elements an be compressed once and transferred frequently. That  would mean quicker load times, less battery drain and, perhaps most  importantly in this era of capped data plans, less bandwidth usage. You can make and receive calls / texts and  manage your voicemail from compatible kit with a cellular or data  connection, with all activity aggregated into one "timeline." You can't  hook your smartphone up to WiFi, or gab away on another device to avoid  eating into your plan's allowance, though -- all usage is treated as if  it originated from your phone.
